Construction of new 23,000 sq ft high bay maintenance facility constructed as a pre-engineered metal building structure with a one story 5,000 sq ft masonry building attached as administrative space. Feature of the project includes new mezzanine space in maintenance facility, vehicle lifts, de-icing brine tanks, fueling stations, hose lube stations, extensive new parking lots and high bay access doors.
