The people of Bentley are an authentic group of forward-thinking construction professionals dedicated to building a legacy of partnerships, impacting the environment we sustain, and the communities we build within. Our team continues to build a legacy of partnerships through their interactions with clients, industry partners and fellow colleagues.
PRINCIPALS:
Paul Tierney, Jason Pannone and Adam Bernier have held various positions in the construction and real estate industries and have a collective 75+ years of experience. When Bentley was founded in 2014, our goal was to build and invest in a core group that would organically grow to serve our clients and industry partners. The balance between business development, business operations and successful execution in the field has been the hallmark of the Bentley brand.
Brian is an accomplished Construction Executive with an expansive 27-year career covering all aspects of construction. Brian’s expertise includes project pursuits, client development, contract negotiation, and trade partner relationship development. Brian is based in Bentley’s Tampa, Florida office.
Mike is focused on client development and fostering partnerships within the local communities. Additionally, Mike oversees current projects in the Western region. Mike is based in Bentley’s Phoenix, Arizona office.
CORPORATE SERVICES TEAM:
The corporate team at Bentley handles the day-to-day finances, office administration, project accounting, and human resources for our affiliate companies and real estate holdings. We believe our administrative offices are the backbone for success in the field. Without a strong foundation, we cannot build a structure that stands the test of time.

Our Director of Safety, Matt Kennett, leads our safety program and is focused on the ever-changing demands within the industry and OSHA requirements. The Bentley team is regularly trained and educated through various measures of toolbox talks, safety seminars, monthly trainings, technologies and other consultants to ensure that safety is a priority.
