Construction Superintendent, Rhode Island
- Candidate should have minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction field.
- Direct management of site operations and overseeing trade contractors.
- Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated and a good communicator.
- Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs.
- Implement safety and quality guidelines.
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
- Work with project team to develop scopes of work.
- Assist team with change management.
- Attend weekly owner meeting and run weekly trade meetings.
- Work with PM to update monthly schedule.
- Procore experience a plus.
- Keep track of material stock orders.
