Construction Superintendent, Rhode Island

  • Candidate should have minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction field.
  • Direct management of site operations and overseeing trade contractors.
  • Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated and a good communicator.
  • Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs.
  • Implement safety and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
  • Work with project team to develop scopes of work.
  • Assist team with change management.
  • Attend weekly owner meeting and run weekly trade meetings.
  • Work with PM to update monthly schedule.
  • Procore experience a plus.
  • Keep track of material stock orders.
