ABC RI Excellence in Construction Award 2021

New ground up construction of an 11,000 sq ft masonry building. Complex design with high humidity HVAC system to coincide with mature 25 ft palm trees and exotic planting, extensive exterior curtain wall glass walls, skylights and roofs, interior streams, sunken garden and bridges along with extensive exterior landscaping and site upgrades. Extensive Life Support HVAC Systems to cater to needs of animals occupying building such as sea otters, anaconda snakes, monkeys, flamingos and various other exotic animals
