This 175-unit development is currently in the design phase. The project has master plan approval with the City of Pawtucket and has environmental approval for the remediation of the Brownfields from DEM. Currently scheduled to start construction in the Spring of 2024. The project is located adjacent to the new train station providing luxury housing within walking distance to the train extending the Boston workforce market.
