CDM Office Fit Out

Interior renovation of existing shell space to create a new 5,000 sf office area. This space features open areas along the windows overlooking Providence with enclosed offices around the perimeter of the building to create a positive work environment. Also included in the space were conference areas, break rooms, and a private nursing station. The MEP component was a design build and required Bentley and MEP D/B partner to work with the building manager to utilize the existing system while making it functional for the new tenants.
