Basis Industrial – Storage Facility
Bentley is serving as Construction Manager for this new single-level, 80,000 sf storage facility Detroit. Significant sitework was required for this project. Demolition of the existing dilapidated Continental Engine Factory was executed to prepare the site for utilities, foundation and construction.
