Dryvit (Tremco) – R&D/Warwhouse Facility
With the acquisition of Dryvit by Tremco, further expansion of their manufacturing facility was necessary. Bentley has worked at their North Kingstown location for several years through each of their expansions. This phase of expansion provided 16,000sf of lab space and 24,000 sf of warehouse space.
This dynamic space blends:

- Modern office areas
- Spacious warehouse zones
- Collaborative workspaces
This project was recognized with the 2024 Associated Builders & Contractors of RI Excellence in Construction Award.
