This renovation included the reconfiguration of research lab space for the EPA researchers. Bentley managed the project including demolition of CMU walls, rebuilding the walls to accommodate space changes, installation of new casework, new HVAC and plumbing, and new flooring both epoxy and resilient quartz tile and of course painting. A major part of the project was building a platform for a new cooler/freezer outside.
