Foxwoods – Golden Dragon
The “Re-imagined” Golden Dragon Restaurant is in the heart of the Grand Pequot Tower and was completed on a fast-track schedule. The project encompassed a 2,400 sf commercial kitchen with new equipment, exhaust hood and Ansul systems, epoxy flooring, new lighting, fire alarm upgrades, FRP, and stainless-steel finishes. The 7,000 sf dining room with high end finishes includes a Pagoda style entrance with Dragon scale ceiling structure, coffered ceilings, decorative lighting, fluted glass, wallcovering, banquets, ceramic tile, and specialty features.
