Lonsdale Multi-Family Apartments
This adaptive reuse project will transform the original 1920’s, 13,602 sf brick building on nearly one acre into 26-housing units. Working with the RI Historical Preservation Society requirements along with RI Housing grants, Bentley worked with ownership team to completely renovate this building and add an addition to create affordable housing to an underserved community.
