Middletown, RI Public Schools – Middletown High, Aquidneck, Forest Avenue Elementary

With the construction of the new Middletown High School, the intent of this project is to transform the public schools into 21st century learning facilities for this and future generations. Under this contract, the existing high school will be renovated to house elementary grades 2-5 as well as administrative offices. Both Forest Avenue Elementary and Aquidneck Elementary each are to receive minor interior upgrades, general maintenance along with health & safety and educational enhancements for the Pre-Kindergarten through 3rd grades.

This project has a large pre-construction component and overall project duration is scheduled to last approximately three years.
