San Miguel Academy Renovation & Upgrades

The renovation of the existing administrative space to convert more function usable space was designed by LLB Architects. What started life as the educational director and counseling offices were transformed into two smaller office suites that optimized the space providing new dedicated, appropriately sized work areas. Coupled with the suite conversions was also the necessity to convert an existing gang bathroom to single occupant restrooms for the male faculty so they were not forced to utilize the same bathroom as the students. In addition to this, above the technology lab received a new Air Handler Unit to better condition the space. The old technology lab and collaboration room received all new finishes along with space for a robotics lab.
