Walpole Outdoors
The Bentley team supported budgeting and pre-construction services for their new headquarters located in Patriot Place at Gillette Stadium. Working with the design team at Dennis Colwell, Walpole Outdoors Ownership, and The Kraft Group (who manages the property), Bentley embarked on demo and vacating the existing 9,000 sf of retail space to create a new office area and modern showroom.
Transparent and consistent communication was critical to avoid disruption to surrounding tenants and to ensure the safety of patrons at Patriot Place.
