This new 30,00 sf Athletic Complex will be more will be more than just a place for sports; it will be a hub of energy, teamwork, and school spirit. The facility will feature a gymnasium with upper level track, fully equipped weight room and dedicated yoga space.

A new varsity-standard field and courts will foster a vibrant community where champions are made.

City of Providence, RI – Roger Williams Park Zoo Red Panda Exhibit

Following the completion of the Faces of the Rainforest Exhibit, Bentley was successful in the award of the demolition and construction of the enhanced Red Panda Exhibit. The existing exhibit was little more than an open-air treehouse with an attached exterior play yard. Adjacent to this area was the keeper area, however there was no convenient way to get the animals off exhibit for care by the keepers. The new habitat boasts spacious indoor and outdoor areas designed to mimic the red pandas’ natural Himalayan habitat. Strategically placed viewing windows and a remote camera system ensure both animal comfort and visitor engagement. The entire space is enriched with climbing structures, multiple viewing angles, and private retreats for the pandas.

This project was recognized with the 2024 Associated Builders & Contractors of RI Excellence in Construction Award.

East Providence Community Center

Bentley is serving as the Construction Manager for this project providing design estimates and value engineering throughout the design process resulting in a 20,000 sf building providing space for pickleball, basketball, and volleyball in the gym along with health and wellness areas, administrative offices and collaboration areas.

Diocese of Providence, Prout School Athletic Fields

As a result of an extensive fundraising effort, Prout was able to secure the financing through a phased delivery to install a state-of-the-art full-sized NCAA regulation field. The artificial turf field measures 195 feet wide by 330 feet long and offers seating for 500-600 spectators in a fenced perimeter with safety netting, brand field lighting and a digital scoreboard. Utilizing different striping, allows for the field to be setup for soccer, field hockey or lacrosse. In addition, the placement of the lights allows for the respective seasons to be stretched further by not relying solely upon use during the daylight hours.
